Email Marketing Manager

As DatStat’s Email Marketing Manager you will be the email champion for our energetic, “work hard, play hard” marketing team.  Email is a critical channel to our success and we are looking for a manager to help take email marketing to the next level at DatStat.  As manager you will own all phases of the email channel from content creation to build to deployment to optimization, and have fun along the way.  You will manage the day-to-day activities of DatStat’s email marketing efforts and ensure all emails are engaging, relevant, on brand, and, of course — delivering leads to grow our business.  This role requires collaboration with the marketing team as well as sales, product, and business development departments.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience in email marketing, campaigns, and content delivery.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to match brand and voice of company.
  • Analytical experience in campaign effectiveness, reporting, and driving business insights.
  • A/B Testing experience and knowledge of email best practices.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture.
  • Experience with marketing automation, such as HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.

  • Responsible for email QA to ensure best practices and deploying on time.
  • Field and prioritize all email requests from other departments. Communicate schedule, requirements, etc. to those departments.
  • Assist with DatStat.com production, events and other marketing campaigns as necessary.
  • Improve landing page optimization for email channels on desktop and mobile.
  • Proactively introduce new email marketing campaigns and ideas.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for email programs and launch new efforts across vertical markets.
  • Build and deploy all emails, following brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement triggered and nurture email campaigns to target customers at the right time with relevant information.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute A/B tests to increase customer engagement and conversions.

Junior Software Engineer

As a Software Engineering Intern you will work with the DatStat engineering team in the design, and implementation of DatStat’s next generation survey and research management platform. Our new platform will have you working with cutting edge web and cloud technologies, and you will play a key role as we revolutionize online research. You will need to be a self-starter who can operate in both a team and self-directed contexts. You will have a passion for delivering high quality web experiences, and care deeply about our customers. This position requires healthy doses of initiative and flexibility in a very dynamic environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • A passion for software code, and a strong desire to be the best in an organization that values hard work and a commitment to excellence .
  • Progress toward BS in Computer Science (or equivalent degree / experience).
  • Strong problem solving skills and a passion for learning new things.
  • Exposure to object oriented development technologies (Java, C#, etc.).
  • Exposure to industry standard web technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JQuery / AJAX / JSON / etc.) and knowledge of emerging technologies (HTML5 / CSS3 / etc.).

Software QA Engineer

The Junior Software QA Engineer will be working with other QA engineers to design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts for complex on-demand functionality. You should be self directed, team oriented, and actually know and care what the customer wants from our service. This position requires healthy doses of initiative and flexibility in a very dynamic environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Experience with stress and performance testing of cloud based web applications.
  • 1-3 years of software testing experience.
  • A strong track record of shipping high quality products.
  • Experience with the following technologies preferred: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET, IIS, and various testing and performance tools.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Sales Engineer

DatStat is looking for individuals who are motivated by the idea of helping customers transform their health research and patient engagement through better technology.  As a DatStat Sales Engineer, you will be chief product champion and a key part of our energetic sales team. You will play a key role working with leading researchers and top healthcare institutions to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and present DatStat as the solution for building stronger research and patient engagement.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • A strong passion for technology and knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
  • BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer
  • Previous experience in healthcare/health research industry (preferred)

Sales Account Executive

DatStat is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and technically savvy sales representative looking to drive their sales career in the rapidly growing healthcare IT world. As Sales Account Executive (SAE), you will be responsible for representing DatStat and its Digital Health Platform and Health Applications, exceeding sales objectives and developing sales territories. Key performance indicators are sales results, client satisfaction, and territory growth. As your abilities grow so will your career opportunities!
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience.
