Junior Software QA Engineer

The Junior Software QA Engineer will be working with other QA engineers to design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts for complex on-demand functionality. You should be self directed, team oriented, and actually know and care what the customer wants from our service. This position requires healthy doses of initiative and flexibility in a very dynamic environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Experience with stress and performance testing of cloud based web applications.
  • 1-3 years of software testing experience.
  • A strong track record of shipping high quality products.
  • Experience with the following technologies preferred: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET, IIS, and various testing and performance tools.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Sales Engineer

DatStat is looking for individuals who are motivated by the idea of helping customers transform their health research and patient engagement through better technology.  As a DatStat Sales Engineer, you will be chief product champion and a key part of our energetic sales team. You will play a key role working with leading researchers and top healthcare institutions to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and present DatStat as the solution for building stronger research and patient engagement.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A strong passion for technology and knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
  • BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer.
  • Previous experience in healthcare/health research industry (preferred).

Market Research Intern

As a market research intern, you will help research, define, test and report on possible market opportunities for our patient engagement platform and expert services. Candidates must be naturally curious and have a passion for understanding how technology can benefit humans and business while becoming an expert with research tools, customized surveys, interviews and communities.

  • Be currently enrolled or graduated from an MBA or masters program.

  • Support VP of Strategic Marketing/Business Development on a variety of research projects.
  • Compile, synthesize and analyze research collected from secondary sources.
  • Develop and ensure quality control for surveys, interviews, and presentation documents.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Conduct interviews with customers, prospects, and industry influencers.
  • Assist with report creation (for both qualitative and quantitative research projects), including analysis, data entry, and chart/table creation in Excel/PPT.
  • Produce weekly market insight for greater learning and awareness across the organization.

Sales Account Executive

DatStat is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and technically savvy sales representative who is interested in driving their sales career in the rapidly growing Health Research and Health IT realm. As a Sales Account Executive (SAE), you will help leading researchers and healthcare institutions transform their health research and patient engagement through better technology. You will recommend solutions built on DatStat’s Data Collection & Insight Platform, exceed sales objectives, and develop sales territories. Key performance indicators are sales results, client satisfaction, and territory growth. As your abilities grow, so will your career opportunities!
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota objectives.
  • Great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong passion for technology and CRM expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Previous experience in health research/healthcare industry (preferred).
