Junior Software Engineer

As a Software Engineering Intern you will work with the DatStat engineering team in the design, and implementation of DatStat’s next generation survey and research management platform. Our new platform will have you working with cutting edge web and cloud technologies, and you will play a key role as we revolutionize online research. You will need to be a self-starter who can operate in both a team and self-directed contexts. You will have a passion for delivering high quality web experiences, and care deeply about our customers. This position requires healthy doses of initiative and flexibility in a very dynamic environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • A passion for software code, and a strong desire to be the best in an organization that values hard work and a commitment to excellence .
  • Progress toward BS in Computer Science (or equivalent degree / experience).
  • Strong problem solving skills and a passion for learning new things.
  • Exposure to object oriented development technologies (Java, C#, etc.).
  • Exposure to industry standard web technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JQuery / AJAX / JSON / etc.) and knowledge of emerging technologies (HTML5 / CSS3 / etc.).

Product Support Specialist

The Support Specialist is a product expert, providing guidance/assistance to our partners with a vast array of challenges including problem-solving, training, product functionality and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, have strong trouble-shooting and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, be organized, work well in a team, demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.

Product Support Specialist Tier II

The Product Support Specialist Tier II will work with other DatStat operational areas in supporting the companies Hosting Infrastructure and providing second level product support.  Additionally, you will work with DatStat IT in providing support for hosting servers, managing configurations, and performing new installations and upgrades for new and existing customers.  You will also provide tier II escalated support for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.  Lastly, you will shape the documentation we provide to new, existing, and prospective customers. You will need to be a self-starter who can operate in both a team and self-directed contexts.  You will have a passion for delivering high quality web experiences, and care deeply about our customers.  This position requires healthy doses of initiative and flexibility in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience managing Windows Server 2008+ / IIS 7.5+ required.
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server management required.
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at varying degrees of expertise.

Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect

DatStat is looking for a highly motivated individual with health IT experience to apply their technical expertise, business acumen, and sales orientation to serve as a trusted solution and technical advisor throughout the sales process.
Join our growing sales team and play a key role applying your analysis skills and experience to map business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. You will configure customize prototypes on DatStat’s digital Health platform, and deliver world-class product demonstrations. DatStat is a high growth health IT company, working with landmark US health systems.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • 3+ years in helping prospects and customers understand how software fits into their business environment.

You will work with these technologies as you craft solutions that leverage DatStat’s products SDK and API to solve real world customer challenges.   • BS in Computer Science (or equivalent degree / experience)
