With sophisticated online survey application needs, it quickly became clear that their previous application’s web page-based approach wouldn’t work for The Hartman Group’s innovative research.  
 
Expansive research was inhibited by linear design and basic functionality of the incumbent solution; such as the constraints around minimal questions types and inflexible page-based control over which questions were seen by respondents.
Basic and advanced functionality needed to accomplish client goals required additional programming and customization costs.
The existing solution didn’t offer a way to authenticate surveys or redirect respondents dynamically based on real-time responses, which lead to time spent manually developing solutions to cleanse data and redirect survey respondents.
